1958 MGA Twin Cam Coupe

MGA Twin Cam first UK registered in 1958, RHD, matching numbers. The car was exported to Canada for a large part of it’s life by an English serviceman and then it was taken to Sweeden and restored by an enthusiast in the early 2000’s over a period of time to the condition you see here today. A wonderful example of a very rare car that in our opinion is in very useable condition be it in light competition or fast road use. The car was re-registered in the UK in 2015 and has undergone a series of improvements including engine work from Classic & Modern Engine Services Ltd in Bracknell and a 5 speed gearbox conversion at Vitesse in Hinckley that has transformed the way the car drives. More recent works include a suspension overhaul and new discs all round with the addition of a correct new SU fuel pump. The car has been gone through top to bottom which is evident from the condition both underneath and on top, and must be driven to appreciate how well it goes, handles and stops. The car presents very well indeed and although not a concours restoration the all round condition can only be described as very good which has stood up really well. Under the bonnet is very presentable and worthy of any inspection as is the interior with new black seats with red piping, new headliner and sun visors. There is lots of bills and invoices and pictures of the restoration amongst other documents about the history of this lovely little MG.
